Which payment methods does Hobby Painter use?
Our webshop offers three different payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and Klarna Afterpay. All payment methods are free, we do not charge any payment costs. Unfortunately, we don’t accept other forms of payments such as, payments at the door, VVV vouchers or a giro collection form.
Are you looking for your purchase receipt? Go to your account on My Hobby Painter and click on 'my orders'.
Did my order get through?
When you successfully placed an order on our website, we will always send a confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you gave us while ordering. Usually, you will receive this e-mail within 5 minutes of placing your order. When you didn’t receive a confirmation, please check if the e-mail ended up in your unwanted (spam) inbox. If the confirmation also didn’t show up there, contact us via mail or the phone. We will solve this problem together.
