How can I reach out to Hobby Painter?

Our customer service team will be happy to answer all your questions. You can ask your question by phone, email and on social media.

How fast does Hobby Painter respond to my message?

If you call us between 10.00 and 18.00 hours on monday to friday, we will always pick up the phone and help you. Rather send an e-mail? You can expect a reaction within 24 hours, expect for the weekends. The same applies for messages received on social media.

Can I order my own photo as Diamond Painting?

Yes, for sure! Go to our ‘make your own painting’ page and check out our video for a clear explanation. Still have some questions? We’d love to help you out! Send us an e-mail or call our customer service.

What photo can I use for my diamond painting?

We have created a handy tool, with which you can see the end result immediately. Do you want to test it? Go to the Custom Diamond Painting page and click on the green button. Here you can upload your photo! In the next steps you can choose the size of your canvas and edit the photo a bit more. In the last step you will see an example where you can see what your diamond painting will look like.

When we receive the order, the Hobby Painter team always checks if the quality of the photo is good enough to make the diamond painting. Doubts or questions about the process? Pass it on to the customer service, they look forward to seeing your design!

My photo doesn’t upload to the program…

It might be helpful to ask someone you know to help. Of course, you can always send a message to customer service, but unfortunately they can't do anything on your computer.

What happens to the pictures I’ve uploaded?

The photo will be edited by us, so it can be forwarded to the factory. After we've made the painting, your photo will be removed from our system.

I’m missing some of the diamonds, what to do?

Are you missing a few stones that are essential to finish your masterpiece? We’re sorry to hear that, but don’t worry! Just send us a message or give us a call and we will make sure you receive new stones immediately. Naturally, this will be free of charge.

I misplaced a diamond, how can I fix it?

Anyone who's ever made a Diamond Painting probably recognizes this problem: shit, the wrong number. Don't worry! We got tweezers in the Hobby Kits for exactly this. With the tweezers, you can try to get the diamond back. Do you need help? Don't hesitate and contact our customer service! We will be happy to help you.
